Amanda Perez is an American Hip Hop and R&B artists born in 1980 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the United States. She began her music career in 2001 and since then she has released four studio albums. She debuted with a single “Never” in 2001. The single broke up the charts and reached number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 sales chart. Soon in 2002 she released her first album Where You At? which was produced Los Angeles radio DJ and A&R music producer Mighty Mike Quinn (Mike Q.) under the label Powerhowse Records Beverly Hills, California. Later her other single featuring the next album entered the charts and it is her highest-charting single to date. The song “Angel” reached number 2 in Australia and the single was certified Platinum.
