Her parents were members of the Extremaduran folk group Surberina. She achieved mainstream success in 2004 with her breakthrough debut album, Pafuera Telarañas, which produced four singles such as "Malo", "Siempre Me Quedará", "Con Mis Manos" and "Ella".
