Bob Marley & The Wailers was a reggae band formed by Bob Marley in 1974 in Jamaica. It consisted of Bob Marley himself, the Wailers band as the backing team and I Threes as backup vocalists. Former members of the group were Bob Marley, Junior Marvin, Al Anderson, Aston "Family Man" Barrett, Carlton Barrett, Earl "Wya" Lindo, Tyrone Downie, Alvin "Seeco" Patterson, Rita Marley, Judy Mowatt and Marcia Griffiths. For Marketing purposes the band is often referred as Bob Marly, The Wailers or Bob Marly & The Wailers. The most famous hits from the group are No Woman, No cry, Jah Live, Is this Love and many others which you can download from pur site in mp3. Bob Marley & The Wailers ceased its existence in 1981. But the band influenced the world music scene a lot and was a huge success worldwide. They sold between 100 million and 250 million records.
