Dead or Alive are a British New Wave band based in Liverpool and formed in 1980. The band members are Pete Burns, Steve Coy and Jason Alburey. The real breakthrough to the mainstream success happened in 1985 when the band released their second album Youthquake. The album yielded Dead or Alive’s hit single number one You Spin me Round (Like a Record), which you can download in mp3 from our site. This song still remains popular on the dance floors after several decades. Other big dance hits were Lover Come Back To Me, In Too Deep and My Heart Goes Bang. During their career Dead or Alive made many covers like KC and the Sunshine Band’s hit That's the Way (I Like It), U2’s Even Better Than the Real Thing, David Bowie's Rebel Rebel, and Nick Kamen's I Promised Myself. The Dead or Alive announced about the release of their next album in 2009.
