Biography: Belgian experimental rock, indie rock and alternative rock band Deus from Antwerp, Belgium, was formed in 1989. The band comprises Tom Barman (vocals and guitar), Klaas Janzoons (keyboards and violin), Stéphane Misseghers (drums), Alan Gevaert (bass) and Mauro Pawlowski (guitar and vocals). They incorporate a wide variety of styles, including pop, folk, free jazz, noise rock, prog into their work. They became the most successful (and influential) Belgian rock band ever. They quickly gained popularity in 1994 with their breakthrough debut album, Worst Case Scenario, which produced three singles, "Suds & Soda", "Via" and "Hotellounge (Be the death of me)". This album also received good reviews internationally, and this despite the impossibility for the British media to categorize its music into a genre. They finally called it Art rock. And now, you may download Deus' debut album, Worst Case Scenario, in mp3 from our site.
