Biography: Erik Schrody better known under his stage name Everlast (also known as Whitey Ford, Mr. White) is an American rapper and singer-songwriter who was born on August 16, 1969 in Valley Stream, New York, the United States. Everlast is known for his unique genre of crossing hip hop with and acoustic-based rock music. He is also known as a frontman of a rap group House of Pain and for his collaboration with Carlos Santana on the track “Put Your Lights On” which won Grammy Awards. Everlast has released six studio solo albums and the most popular one to date is his second solo album Whitey Ford sings the Blues which was released on September 8, 1998.
