Gym Class Heroes are an American rap rock band from Geneva, New York, United States, formed in 1997. The band members are Travis McCoy (vocals), Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo (guitar, vocals), Eric Roberts (bass guitar, vocals) and Matt McGinley (drums, percussion). The band has released four studio albums and the breakthrough one titled As Cruel as School Children was released in 2006. The album entered many charts and was certified Gold in the U.S. and Silver in the UK. The album spawned the single number one Cupid's Chokehold. It reached the top spot of the US pop chart.
