Luciano Ligabue (known as Ligabue, Liga) is an Italian rock singer and songwriter born on March 13, 1960 in Corregggio, Italy. He's one of the most popular artists in Italy, making a record audience for a concert - about 180 000 people came to listen to his songs. His main hit singles are Balliamo sul mondo, Ho perso le parole, Certe Notti. The last one was called "the Italian song of the 90s". During his career he collaborated with other famous Italian musicians, for example with Francesco Guccini. Many of his albums became Platinum and the last one issued in 2009, has already become Gold.
