Robert Peter Williams, better known as Robbie Williams is an English singer-songwriter, musician and record producer, born on February 13, 1974 in Stoke-on-Trent, England. He started his career in the boy band Take That and rose to fame being its member. But in 1996 he left the band embarking the solo career which became the most successful for a solo English artist ever. As a solo British artist he won more BRIT Awards then anyone else and has the biggest album sales in the history. He has sold about 55 million copies worldwide and entered the Guinness Book of World Records selling 1,6 million tickets in one day for his World Tour 2006. During his career he has released eight studio albums and two compilation albums. All of them were certified several times platinum in the UK with I’ve Been Expecting You reaching 10 x Platinum.
