English rock and glam rock band Wizzard from Birmingham, UK, was formed in 1972. The band comprises Roy Wood, Bill Hunt, Hugh McDowell, Rick Price, Keith Smart, Mike Burney, Nick Pentelow, Charlie Grima, Dave Griffiths and Bob Brady. They quickly gained popularity in 1973 with their breakthrough debut album, Wizzard Brew, which produced several singles such as "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday", "Angel Fingers", "See My Baby Jive" and "Jolly Cup Of Tea". The album's lead single, "Ball Park Incident", became the band's first Top Ten hit. This album's musical style also included the elements of hard rock, jazz fusion and improvisation, which is particularly reflected in the track "Meet Me At The Jailhouse".
