Zard was a Japanese pop group formed by Izumi Sakai (real name Sachiko Kamachi) in 1991 and it was disbanded due to Sakai’s death in 2007. Zard can be associated only with Sakai as all other members came in and came out. Some of them are Fumihito Machida, Hiroyasu Hoshi, Kōsuke Michikura and Kimitaka Ikezawa. Her breakthrough to the mainstream success happened only with her 6th single Makenaide which topped the Oricon chart. During the following years she could produce two hit singles number one, they are Yureru Omoi and Kitto Wasurenai. Her other hits include My friend, Don’t You see, Glorious Mind. In total Zard released 11 studio albums which you can download in mp3 from our site. The first Zard appearance is associated with their first single Good-bye my Loneliness which was a theme song in the Fuji TV drama "Ideals and Reality of Marriage".
